Electric installation
DLEX4000W is an electric dryer, distinct from a similarly named gas model. LG’s US support entry uses the full ABWETUS suffix. Check the available power connection, space and exhaust route against its installation instructions. A physically fitting dryer can still perform poorly if the vent is restricted.
Airflow before internal parts
LG lists FlowSense duct-clogging and lint-filter indicators. Its D80, D90 and D95 codes indicate restricted airflow toward the outside exit. Inspect the lint area and visible vent run, and ask whether the indicators appear during normal loads. A heater or sensor should be diagnosed separately. When pricing a faulty machine, include any vent correction as well as parts and labour.
